Lead Times

Order packaging preparation time:

We ask that you give us 1 to 4 business days (excluding holidays and public holidays) to process your order for shipping. During high volumes, such as holidays, payday, or online sale periods, order packing times may be delayed. Please know that we are human team and we will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. If you have placed an order recently, please be patient.

Tracking:

If you haven’t received an email with your order confirmation or tracking number, don’t worry! You’ll get an email when your parcel is on it’s way to your doorstep.

Keep in mind that you won’t get an order confirmation right after you place your order. Instead, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation once your parcel arrives at the courier company’s (Fastway, Paxi) doorstep. Make sure to include your email address in your contact details so we can get in touch with you. Sometimes, our emails end up in your spam folders, so make sure to check there.

Shipping duration:

Please note that we can’t give you an exact date or time as it is dependent on courier company’s schedule. We can only give you an approximate delivery time. Thank you for understanding.
