All products will undergo a thorough inspection before being dispatched; if you do, however, receive a damaged or wrong item, you have three days to notify us, and we will make arrangements for the item to be picked up and for you to receive a replacement or the proper item. Please be aware that if the item has been worn or taken out of its original packing, we will not accept returns for any reason, including defective goods or wrong items. Earrings cannot be replaced or returned for hygienic reasons unless they are defective.
